A LIFE AS THE FUTURE COMES

Sixteen years ago, I’m just a little baby who was born. Now, as I stand here in this world, I’m just aiming for a successful life in the future.

2012, few days to go, I am to graduate here in Ilocos Sur National High School. I am Jessa Marie Rojas, some calls me “bebs” because that was my nickname for the people who knows me as who I am. But if not, you can call me “jessa” and “jes” for short. As I saw the nature around me, I just admired a girl who is dressing a pure clean white and that time I already dreamed to become one of them someday, to become a nurse. I know that there are over populated nursing this time, but that is not the one who can break my dream of. I want to help, to care for the person who needs my help. Helping people was a great job for me, because I don’t want to see a woman/ man that are dying. I want that all of us are happy, enjoying out lives and don’t have any difficulties in life. And that was a job for a nurse; NURSE can help you live longer, healthier and even happier lives.

Dream and give yourself permission to envision a YOU that you choose to be. How about you? What is your plan for the future?

ICT WORLD

COMPUTER WORLD, a modern world. As I enter this world, modern thing is already invented. One of this is the computer. I learned about these things as I enter the ICT. I entered the class of ICT and I became an ICT student, being a senior in this school I have already learned a lot of this in the field of computer. I’d make some my works easier by using computer.

When I was a freshman student, ICT class introduces about the parts the function of a computer. Sophomore, ICT class teaches us how to make a presentation by using the PowerPoint. Juniors, in ICT class our teacher teaches us how to make a movie. And not the least, now that I am a senior student, ICT class make a way to prove what we have learn for the previous year, so thank you for ICT class that I am one of the students that became a ICT student that have learned many ways to use a computer. J

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED?

This third quarter we learned deeper about HTML, every lesson there is an activity where we can apply for the topic. When I first open internet for the first, I notice something like this “<html>”. What is that all about? HyperText Markup Language (HTML) is the main markup language for web pages. HTML elements are the basic building-blocks of webpages.

So this time I have a wider knowledge about this. I know already how to make a web design. And one thing more that I want to learn is to edit the css code in any blog.

Hope that the next topic that we will have will be helpful again for us as a student.

ILOKO iti pagsarsarita mi!

Today, every Pilipino is using the social networking in facebook. What is their language? Who they are in their own life?

Every nation, every place has their language. Just like us, we are from ilocos, so we are using our dialect in “iloko”. But, for now because of the new technology and because of our dreams to be high as them sometimes even our own dialect we don’t know how to speak this.

As we go on the roads of our lives, we are learning and learning more knowledge of all of this that we can see around us. I want to ask you something. Where will be the place that you will be with your own family? We, all of us will be with our own place. Then one day we will visit our locality. How can you talk to each other if you don’t remember at all you own dialect? How it is? So keep in our mind always our own dialect: the ILOKO. And be proud of it that we are a part of ILOKANO FAMILY.

A NEW YEAR NEW LIFE NEW WORLD

“We will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year's Day.”

New Year is the time which our new calendar year begins. 2011 was done and the 2012 is here. According to the Chinese zodiac, the year 2012 is the year of the dragon.

Every year you are thinking of about what can you make change for the next year? If you have a new year’s resolution, you must know what the meaning of this is. Resolution is a promise. It is a promise that you make to yourself! We are making resolution for ourselves for the better life.

2012 is my new life to change of. It all begins to my family. That this year I am complete, I know who I am, I know who really I am. I’m hoping that by next New Year your life will be better also just like me. Be content of what you have and make real things every time in this world. Because you don’t know that by tomorrow you will get what you are finding in your life! So face the New Year, new life, new world.

LOVE for CHRISTMAS

Christmas, Christmas is spoken of as “the season of joy” and “a time of cheer”. But when Christmas arrives, do you experience things joy, excitement for this season?

I read a line from the internet: And the angel said unto them, “Fear not! For, behold,

I bring you tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people."

“For unto you are born this day in the city of David A Savior, which is Christ the Lord." – St. Luke ii. CHRISTMAS SEASON this year was the best Christmas I have. No one can explain have happy I am when I reach my 16^th birthday in the day of Christmas. It just like I got every time I want.

Complete happy, even there’s no more chance that I can be with my father and mother in one house. As now, essence of Christmas was truly about LOVE. You cannot be happy without love because love is so priceless. That, 2,000 years ago. Jesus our lord gave as a LOVE to walk in his walk. To be what we are in this time.

Gifts are not important but LOVE was the most!!!

NO DIFFERENCE! It must be EQUAL!

God assigns different roles to men and women. But different does not mean unequal, equality is not sameness. In the divine plan for creation, men and women have distinct, diverse missions, which work in harmony, complementing one another and bringing the divine plan to fruition. The role of one is higher or lower than the other’s: they are simply different.

But now a day, why is this happening? The one is simple higher, but sometime the one was the only one doing something. It must not be we must treat everyone as one, and no one higher no one lower. Because it’s better that we have equal rights to do equal opportunities.
